I am having an issue where only the last texture on the list is being baked to the new image. Is there some step I’m missing in order to get the textures to combine?

You’re using Blender Render and setting bake mode to Textures?

I found the problem. I had the blend type set to mix instead of multiply. Thanks for the help though Kent!
