I am a newbie. Downloaded it but i am not able to render the model because there is no camera? Is it like it? Am i missing something?

        Hey there, the scene is just the model and textures so that it can be appended easily without the extra stuff getting in the way. To render it, add a camera and some lights. Enjoy!
