        Hi Andy,

        That’s a good question, but if I remember correctly, that is not possible with this old Particle System (when I say old, I don’t mean it’s bad! Just look at the Boids Physics in the next lessons).: you’ll probably have to use Geometry Nodes for that.

          Hi Martin,

          Thanks for the suggestion.  With “Air Personal Space” and “Avoid Collision”.  The overlapping problem is much less.  But Particles with Boids move so randomly.  It flies around.  And Geometry Nodes is like an alien to me…  So complicated.

          What I want is like particles simply fall vertically like rain.  When it hits the collision object, the particles won’t overlap with each other.

            The Boids wasn’t meant as a solution to your problem, just to show the power of the ‘old’ System.

            What you’d want, would be to combine the Particle system with Rigid Body Physics. That’s the challenge for you for the Christmas days 😉
