How to rotate thoose planes as in video? When I hit R it’s just rotate them algin to view

R rotates along the view axis.

R X rotates along the x-axis. (Similarly: R Y and R Z). (If you change the Orientation, the axes might change direction, therefore the rotational behaviour could be different;you can use this to your advantage!)

R R rotates ‘freely’ (no axis constraint)
