I’m trying to create an animation of serum dripping from a dropper in Blender. I want the serum to flow out of the dropper as single, realistic drops instead of a continuous stream. The goal is to have the drops form at the tip of the dropper, then detach and fall down naturally, similar to how liquid behaves in real life.

I’m not sure, that requires a lot of hacks and shenanigans I bet. Perhaps by watching some of Kenny courses there could be a simulation solution for it. Also maybe animating the drop as it passes through a lattice that has the shape set up look to squeeze? Well, linking up to sims:

You could, for instance, use an obstacle and Animate the Use Effector Property:

The rest is a matter of tweaking the Settings (Liquid Domain, mostly).
