how do you get the file into blender 3.0

how do you get the file over to blender 3.0

i open everything he said I still do not see it in blender

What file exactly?

In the Source files, there are 2 .blend files and both open without a problem in 3.0.

Could you explain a bit better what your problem is? (To someone who hasn’t watched the video, or at least give a timestamp…)
