How can I UV unwrap with subdivision modifier?

First, in the Subdivision Surface modifier you can enable “Subdivide UV’s” (though it should be enabled by default)

Secondly, in the UV/Image Editor’s N-panel, under “Display” you can enable the “Modified” option to visualize what your UVs will look like when affected by modifiers.
