i dont really understand when and why it does. but randomly just stops letting me zoom in or out and moving my camera view. in a second i can freely zoom to the ipod . then i zoom out. make a render for example. then the next moment i am not allowed to go back there.  i try to change the settings in the View panel in the right side but still doesnt let me move much

If you can post a screen recording for us to see that happening it would be better to understand what it’s all about. But my first thought is just that you get to the limit of the plane of view and you just have to center your view again around the object. You can do that with the numpad period key with an object selected.

at 0:10 and 0:15 i can zoom in how far i would like to  then i start do some works and its locks me from free movement. for example at 0:38 i started marking some edges and its instantly locks me to a certain movement . i zoom into it and the further i zoom the less i can move and the less i can go anywhere.. like in 1:13 where i want to porperly zoom and set up my view to mark the proper edge and i cant even reach it ,  its so annoying me and i dont understand why it happening. sometimes in a different situation not neccecarly at mark sometimes i just alt tab out to check the course then go back and its just happening again.

            Yes @raspora ,

That is normal behavior. I don’t know exactly why that is (has to do with the World Origin), but here is one thing you can do, when you reach the zoom limit (it’s a ‘hack’):

Select (or Add) a Camera and press CTRL+ALT+NUMPAD 0. This puts you in Camera View and you can zoom in further. Do not Rotate the View, because then you’ll leave Camera View and you’re ‘stuck’ again (NUMPAD 0 to return to Camera View, when that happens). You can also check View > Lock Camera to View (in the N-Panel), that way you can even Rotate.

When you reach the Camera zoom level, you can simply move the Camera closer (while in Camera View, with the Camera Selected: G, MMB).

It takes a bit of practice, but it works.

Another way, it to Move your Object away from the Center of the World a bit (just to be clear, closer to you, not ‘behind’ the World Origin!) (best done in Object Mode, so you can easily put it back later with ALT+G (again, in Object Mode)).

Nothing wrong there, it’s just how the viewport behaves. There is a kind of planar limit, a a screen space of sorts where you pivot around that needs to be reset as you move about. I just use the numpad period key to center around my selection all the time.
