I’m working on a sculp and where the hands have unfortunate webbing in them that I didn’t intend. Is there a conventional way I can use sculpting to remove them (with dynamic topology enabled)? I attempted to use the draw-sharp to push it back into the palms but that didn’t quite work out. How do I carve the fingers out of this?

Sculpting is not a strong area for me, but I want to say either trim brush or scrape multiplane brush, but I could totally be wrong.

Short answer: you can’t (as far as I know, but I am no Sculpting expert either).

Start over with separated fingers and do not Remsh!

Yep, start over and don’t remesh, it tends to give that muddy result.
