        It seems odd that the seam would move when you move or rotate the object… that hints that the issue is not with the map or with the UV’s but with the shading. The most common solution to that shading is to switch the normal texture from Color to Non-Color Data. I see that it is set in the node editor, but perhaps the mesh is using a different material?
