Hi Kent! I think I was a little too ambitious. I think the scale of the hair strands is too thick and its a little stiff…any help would be appreciated!

It’s looking nice! I actually think the hair clumping is too much; strand thickness feels good to me. It should be relatively simple to edit the hair texture render file (decreasing clumping), save the texture, and it will update on the hair cards automagically.

I did some tweaking – I think it is a bit better, i just need to address a couple of different issues now (patches, stiffness and a bit more work on the quiff) Thanks so much for your help! When I get it completely right I’ll send you another pic

 I went back to the drawing board and re-did the top quiff hair cards. I was going for an exaggerated, ultra textured, ‘fashion hair’ look. I’m still not completely happy but it is the closest I’ve come to what I wanted.  All I can say is that all this tweaking has taught me HEAPS about hair cards/textures – so thank you!
