Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I’m 20 years old and I recently got into animation. Not too much to say about myself, but I hope to get to make some connections here with people with the interests. Any tips for a noob starting out would be fantastic as well.
Welcome Tylor. This CGCookie blog article is a good start to find your way into the Blender landscape: – https://blog.cgcookie.com/getting-started-with-blender/ The Blender Foundation fundamentals playlist on Youtube (to start with the absolute basics) – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kes2qmijy7w&list=PLa1F2ddGya_8V90Kd5eC5PeBjySbXWGK1 “Any tips for a noob starting out would be fantastic” I can give you a some tips, but what specific areas are you interested in? – What experience do you already have – What is the direction in which you want to grow and evolve?
I am looking forward to making realistic / cartoony animated environments. Do you have an example of that?(for delivering any futere tips i might have?)
