I had followed along with the lesson, had made everything, even had the halftones (circles) I had made but now they are all just fills. I kept the solid stroke pinned as said and even chose it in the materials list. Maybe I need to find a course about GP for babies, hahaha….(Can’t submit Screenshot as I am getting 400 Bad Request.)

Hi wrongwright, once the material has been created, or the png imported, try packing the data into the .blend file.

Only reason I mention is that the file you submitted shows this problem you described. The texture points to something, but the file is not accessible to me. If you pack data before sending to someone else, it usually solves the problem.

This packing is new to me.  Wasn’t aware of it.  Thank you for bringing it up.  I always thought all .blend file were internal.  Last night, I used Automatically Pack Resources and the screen refreshed with the data visible.  However, I had multiple copies of this file in my browser.  With that said, I had some issues later trying to save the file with the correct path.  I think now it fine, it’s opening correctly today and it’s not barking at me about the file path.   At some point last night, I thought about either deleting all files assoc and starting over or just continuing.  I think today, I will choose to continue and finish.  At that point, I will go back and restart a few things and start some repetitive practice.  Thank you for the additional info about this packing and sharing of the files.
