How do I fix this issue? I don’t even know what it is — is it a shading problem or an uneven face issue?
I just wanted to make those stands (as shown in the reference picture) look symmetrical, like they are in real life, where they’re actually merged. So I used Boolean Union (this is my first time using it). After clearing some shading issues, this new problem appeared: some parts of the face near the stands look like they’re being pulled backward.
I kind of get that the straight edges are causing the problem, but I don’t know what to do next to fix it.
