empty react differently

at 4 min. when join empty . instantly the white part starts where the empty is . for me its spread all across the table randomly. it moves as the empty beeen moved but its not start , its nonstop seamless. and if i move the timeline my empty doesnt move on the Y axis at all . i totally doesnt understand this part at all

If you have autokeying on it will automatically add keys. Also as of 4.1 you only need to press I. In earlier versions you would need to press I and click option from menu unless you have a keying set.

dont really know what this means. probably after i finished texture course ill look for some other videos to learn how to do these stuffs cuz i got zero idea about this

Don’t worry, it takes a while for all of it to sink in, it’s a lot of information. I have watch course 2 or 3 times because I keep forgetting all the information, and every time I revisit a course after I have given it a little while to rest in my mind, when I watch it again the information is so much easier to understand and I absorb all the knowledge so much better. So don’t worry if you don’t understand it the first time, jump to another Fundamental’s course and come back to this one after a while.
