Downloading Blender

when I download blender.org it puts it on my Chromebook as a read only file.  Please help!!

First of all, Blender on a Chromebook is not a good idea.

Yeah that’s the thing with computer graphics, they are a power hungry beast of software’s. Eventually you’re always hitting a wall and have to spend on upgrading your equipment.
