I think it’s a complex subject, I will have to watch it a few times to really get it. It was a good overview, but I think it needs to be broken down more and then practice the different nodes for recall. She did a great job on a tough subject for a beginner.

And that’s true – practice makes perfect and some topics are just too difficult to understand after just one session. So go ahead and watch those videos again as well as other resources!
