        Homework Submission – Week 1 – Vase A

        @theluthier

        Here is my vase block in. Get some serious Zelda vibes going. Like Link is going to come in and smash everything.

          Gives me Ghost vibes. I can feel Swayze’s arms over mine, pulling my hands through the screen onto this vase while it spins on the pottery wheel.  😀 But honestly the super subtle shading does make it look wheel thrown in a very pleasing way.

                        You probably know I’m a major sucker for Zelda vibes 😍

                        Your blockout is a perfect week 1 blockout. Hopefully you can have fun roughing up the surface in sculpt mode. Not to say it’s not a smooth vase. But a chip or crack, and hand-made imperfections will be 👌

                          Homework Submission – Week 2 – Vase A

                          @theluthier

                          I imagined this vase is a nice vase, a favorite vase even. So when Melvin dropped it he tried to fix this vase as best he could with his big mitten like hands.

                            A really charming idea with the repaired vase and it is looking very nice. Well done Melvin 😉

                              @phoenix4690 I very much like all the fine details you sculpted into your vase 😀👍! And it’s a really nice idea with the repaired look!

                                What a great idea @phoenix4690! That’s the kind of narrative injection that you love to see. I remember you working on that detail during the discord stream. Now I get it!

                                Overall an excellent sculpture. Well done, sir. Keep up the good work! 👍

                                  The spice is Melvin approved.
