      Hi – 

      After using the knife tool, I cannot get the slot of the cartridge extended out properly without having some type of lines attached to it or something connected to it. I recently updated Blender to 3.3.1, is this a setting issue. I cannot seem to figure it out.

        I think you need to E(xtrude) it instead of just Moving it.
