Cartridge pull down issue

Hello there for time stamp 2:06 for ever reason when I go to pull down the  cartridge is not doing it correcty I am unsure why I thought the  knife tool cute were ok 
but when I go to pull down it pulling down more then it should

That is because you are pulling it down without extruding it first. If you take a look at the video, in the bottom right where it shows the keyboards keys JL is pressing, you’ll see that the letter “E” is there, that means he is extruding the shape down.
