Can it be possible to have a Note-option (like post-it those yellow-card) to make/take explanatory notes/function on the Node or Node-Group? I mean like you wood press on a Note-button on the Pass-Combo-Group and you get a text pop-up.Or like a description space in the option panel? Notes for Notes 😉 And also for Shaders?

Yes, as of Blender 2.74 there is an option for Frame nodes to display text blocks: https://developer.blender.org/rBeb150ef337597. It’s not particularly intuitive in my opinion, but it’s possible.
