Hey there! First off: this Laptop session is phenomenal! SO MANY golden nuggets here. Thank you for making booleans finally make sense to my brain… this workflow is dummy proof (mostly, lol). Also the scenes workflow later with the camera moves… love it! It’s the first time I’m seeing the scenes been actually used and it makes a lot of sense now!

But here’s my question… while modeling my ports I ended up rearranging them and the bound boxes intersect… it doesn’t seem to make a difference on the outcome but I thought I’d ask what the best practice is? Should I make the effort to resize those boxes to keep them from intersecting or it truly makes no difference and not worth the time?

It makes no difference, if you want to optimize it it’s only for readability purposes, so the screen doesn’t become visually a mess. I like to work orderly, so if that was my scene I for sure would make the bounding boxes more tidy and not going all over the place or further than it has to go. But that’s just me, there’s really no need, unless you’re like me, which I recommend.
