Blender won’t download add-ons

As Im trying to click the install button next to LoopTools on the extension tab – it won’t install – as if nothing happened. any idea I restarted Blender a couple times and rebooted my cumputer as well

It was enabled before as well, seems to me like a bug or maybe I need to reinstall Blender, but maybe im wrong

My internet connection is solid – I have 1000 Mbps and am using an Ethernet cable, so there shouldn’t be a problem.

Well, I don’t know what’s causing it, but I am pretty sure it’s not a (Blender) bug; someone would have noticed, right?

Did you try 4.3?

Try using a previous Blender version, see if it does the same thing. If it runs smoothly, then you know is the Blender version you have. Computers are weird, some program does different things in different computers, even though it’s all the same it all behaves differently. What can I say, Skynet will just blue screen when it tries to take over the world.

Maybe it’s an overzealous Firewall or anti Malware Software?

Also make sure to use 4.2.7, as there have been many fixes since earlier Versions.
