As before in this flow I find it very difficult to follow this tutorial. You show the UV unwrap of one rock but not of the others. Hence, I end up with very different UV islands. Which also means in my consolidation step I encounter issues you never have. May I suggest showing sped up videos of missing parts next time? Alternatively, at least provide intermediate save files.

My UV islands unwrapped differently so initially I wasn’t able to pack them as densely. I was able to reverse-engineer your unwrapping eventually. It just took some time.
