I’m looking for websites or other sources that have lots of detailed engineering drawings or photographs that I could use for references. I’d like to study various mechanical designs that I could model in Blender for machines, robots, etc.

The only thing that comes to mind is Pinterest, that thing is a black hole to get drawn into. There is no better place to go after reference link after reference link and never come back.

          The internet…
          More specifically, Google!!
          or similar search engine.

once you find images you like, you can save the to Pinterest or similar pin board.

Go to the biggest library in your area, or even a university library  and ask a librarian, i know architects have these giant books they use for references and templates i imagine engineers have something similar
