          The typical offenders are:

Have you applied the scale on your object?

Remove doubles. In Edit Mode, select everything with A and M to merge by distance

Flipped normals. Check if you have flipped faces. In the overlays you can turn on Face Orientation and if you see a red face, then in edit mode select everything and Shift + N to recalculate the normals

Check for interior faces or ripped vertices.

Also the angle of the face can be off. That is a tricky one and we can jump into that if non of the above work.

            Yes Ramirez @Angel ,

Check the points Omar mentioned, but I think the main problem is the last one; when I look at the shading of your Faces, there appears to be an angle here:

You are right, I also have that issue. So.. how to remove this angle? Because it is caused by the mean bevel weight. Anybody got an idea? And how come the instructor doesn’t have this issue in the video? Thanks

In the normals auto smooth, you can try lowering the angle threshold. Or you can try changing the angle in the geometry itself. So select all the top vertices and lower everything a bit. Or maybe elongate in Y the whole back structure. The point is to change the angle there so it readjusts.

It doesn’t happen to the teacher because he modeled it differently where the angle was just right for the smoothing. But it could’ve have happened to him and if it did he would adjust things until it was just right.

In your case Marcel it also looks like you have extra edges there. I can’t quite tell though. You can also upload your .blend file if you want us to take a look.

Hi, thanks if you can, that would be great! Where can I upload the blend file btw… here only images/videos are possible, right?

The ‘extra edges’ are caused by the mean bevel, when I turn that off, the edges are also gone

You can upload your file to drop box or Google Drive and post the link. Be sure to make it accessible to everyone.

                              Hey Marcel @Artmhdesign ,

I don’t see any issue with your model, it looks great to me:

What exactly would you like to see changed?

Thanks, but the mean bevel weight adjustment makes the bevel ánd is making an angle (the lower horizontal line)

when I make the mean bevel weight 1.00 u see better what I mean:
