Another Bevel Issue

I got to the step of adding shingles and after creating the plane and subdividing the side and selecting the point to bevel, nothing happens when I try to bevel the edge.

Hello. Again, if you could add some screenshot it’ll be easier to see what the issue is. Also more information on what exactly you are doing.

One important thing is that if things are not going right, it is always a good idea to start again. Starting fresh lets you see what mistakes you’ve made and you build up speed and knowledge.

Could you, instead of saying “I got to the step…” add a timestamp, please: that’ll make it a lot easier to find what you are talking about.

If Beveling doesn’t do anything at all, the most likely candidate is ‘double Vertices’. Select the problem area (in Edit Mode) and M > Merge > By Distance.
