Forum Archive › Ambient Occlusion Missing in Blender 5.2 LTS
Hi, I’m using Blender 5.2 LTS, but I can’t find the Ambient Occlusion option under Eevee’s Render Properties like you have in the course. Has it been removed or moved in the newer version? If so, what should I use instead?
Eevee was rewritten and now has the option to turn on raytracing and doesn’t have to fake AO.
Well actually,
It’s hidden here:
Oops. Well I learned something new. Thanks for the correction and info @spikeyxxx
Although, isn’t it better to leave it at GI instead of changing it to AO? Because the GI will include the AO?
