About sculpting the sleeves

Hi Kent, when I was sculpting the sleeves part of the shirt (from 1:00 to 2:00). I also used Clay Strips brush as you did. But the bottom of the sleeves kept shrinking upward, away from the arm and became hollow inside. I saw that in the video, your sleeves just seemed to add more geometries downward along the arm. I could not find the difference about the configuration between us.

Hi @diaoheyhey – Is your sleeve mesh hollow or solid?

It’s solid inside, but hollow at the bottom, and thin around the edge, like a bowl downward at the bottom. It seems use of ‘sculpt tools ui’ will cause thin edges.
