    Hi @puddles ,

    That is mostly because of the Mask Overlay Strength; try setting that to 1 (default is 0.75):

    For the rest, it depends on the Mesh Density and the Falloff of the Brush (Smooth is default and is usually ok…Constant is more jagged).
