Speedsculpt looks awesome! Well worth the $11 imo.
@testarossa The Sculpt Tools UI works fine for me in 2.78. While it can be finicky and the Grease Pencil needs to be set to “Object” mode in the tool panel to function properly in recent versions, overall it still functions as it always has. Granted the developer is not maintaining it anymore which leaves its future unreliable. When the addon loses functionality, I’ll have to cross that bridge when it comes.
But I also don’t see a problem with using older Blender versions for legacy tools/functionality. I see that as an asset, not as a handicap.
You could look at Bool Tool. It’s got simplified boolean operators but no Grease Cut equivalent.
