For Lighting setp:
- You can create custom studio lighting in preferences(F4->Preferences, Edit->Preferences, ctrl+comma) lights->Studio Lights->Editor->click edit studio lights. remember to save afterwords.
- You can put the lights into a collection and then mark that collection as an asset. Then save the blend file in to your asset library folder so that you have access to the light setup through asset browser. If you want to access the individual lights after dragging them into Blender then select, press ctrl+a->make instance real.
- Another option is to just link or append(File menu or F4) the lights or collection. I like to use a scene, but that get more complicated.
