I had the same issue (when I pressed “t”, I got an error message saying “Keying set failed to insert any keyframes”). In the lower-left corner, there’s a “keying” dropdown, and I removed the “Active Keying Set” by clicking on the “X”. Then I tried again, it worked (but make sure you select the object (“Rocket Asset”) as it might have been deselected).
