@yukinoh1989 Hi yukino. Probably a bit late, but I only just saw this. Hopefully you’ve already solved it, but if not:
I’ve tried to reproduce the problem and there are only two possibilities left as far as I can see. I’m guessing, that it’s just out of sight. Remember that if you add the image, it enters at the 3D Cursor and if that is somewhere far off to the side, you might not be able to see the image, although it is there. An other possibility would be that it is too small and hiding behind ‘your’ head, but seeing your Scale values, that is not very likely the case here.
