@procyonlotor Yes, it is the effect of the Video. The shader is very easy to slow down, as well as the speed of the wheel since they go by #frame command. It is not the same with the cascades of the paddles, since I animated them with shape keys and bones. They would have to be manually repositioned with each rotation speed and water fluid adjustment.
