How quickly questions get answered depends on the author of the course, since they’re the ones to get notified. Jonathan Williamson isn’t an instructor any longer (it’s just me, Kent, and sometimes Wayne on the Blender side) and gets a ton of notifications, so it’s likely that yours just hasn’t been seen yet.
Have you considered having moderators from the community ?
