Default setup. The videos will tell you if you need to turn anything else on. You can click file->defaults->load factory settings. If you want blender to startup with the default then click file->defaults->save startup. If you have auto-save preferences turned off then you will need to F4->Preferences or Edit->Preferences and click save preferences to set it to default too.
