This community is great though. If you want to contact someone specifically for a question like Kent you can use the @ mention and their name (the blue highlighted name next to the user name if there are two names). So Kent’s would be: the @ symbol and then type: theluthier
for example mine is @blanchsb
This will send a notification to that user next time they log in. Hope that helps for future help requests.
