Week #4 Homework Submission (Part 1)   

I can’t believe it but I did it. And even in both engines. I still think Eevee can’t do archviz as good as Cycles, but well. I rendered cycles with 2500 samples on render farm and while it was rendering I managed to set up Eevee and render it. 30 minutes on render farm with powerful hardware (probably 2-3 hours on my machine) with Cycles vs minute with Eevee and result is pretty nice for certain purposes.
