@swikni Nice job this week, Jere. I’ve certainly been there, when the ear just doesn’t turn out the way you’d hoped. It’s a very weird shape. In this sculpt it looks a little too tacked on and not incorporated into overall head anatomy. With heads the ear area indents slightly. Here’s a good example from the back: 

Overall it’s a solid head sculpt. The lighting washes out the shapes a bit but lighting isn’t the point here. A+ this week 👏
