Hello Ben, I’ve seen that happen before and I’m not 100% certain why that happens. I believe the last time someone had that issue they had the page open for too long before downloading. It’s a timing issue with the page for security reasons. Give it another try, reload the page, wait about 5-10 seconds then try it again. If you continue to have issues let me know.
