It’s common to source photographs for assistance with creating textures. Pixabay.com is an amazing CC-0 resource for high-quality photographs that can be used for textures (and a bunch of other stuff). Search Pixabay for “grime” or “scratches” to get these textures falling out of the sky 🙂
