The arrows are not included I’m afraid. But hopefully you saw the much faster way of working with Bone Widget at the end of the video (this is included)
If you really want to play with the arrows. You can generate an arrow using Bone Widget and then duplicate the shape.
Or create your own arrow shape starting from a plane. Even I can do that, and I am have very low skills in modelling.
