There are not a lot of assigned shortcuts for Sculpt Mode.

The Sculpt Mode section is still accurate as far as I can tell, only 2 Brushes are missing: SHIFT+C for Crease and SHIFT+T for Scrape/Fill.
And SHIFT+SPACE for Assets only works if you have the Spacebar Action set to Play in your Preferences (but I think that’s the default), but that’s one you’ll probably never use anyway.
