Early in my Blender teaching days, I would use the “Momo” theme. You should still be able to download the file from the page and install in 2.79 and prior. It’s based on another 3D app called Modo.
I’m not sure if there’s a modo-like theme for 2.8x. I stopped using themes because too often it confused viewers.
