If your main goal is to create game-ready assets for Unity (or other game engine) I recommend jumping over to this Learning Flow: Introduction to Game Asset Production . It’s a beginner-to-intermediate look at creating a simple game asset for Unity. The asset itself is a stack of rocks but you can apply the techniques to your shark or anything.
Disclaimer: It’s recorded with 2.7x so there’s the the need to translate the info to 2.8 but the workflows are still the same.
