I didn’t know that, but you are (of course) absolutely right; View Selected is the old name.
Also, I just thought it was Node Wrangler, because it says node.nw_frame_selected , but yes , iNode Wrangler just uses a different shortcut, but CTRL+J also frames the Selected Nodes (with or without Node Wrangler enabled).
