Hey Daemeon,
Yeah like Spikey said, there’s no way to stop it from linking together (that I’m aware of).
But some ways to mitigate that would be save your own preferred layout. This is helpful in many situations.
You can open a file and choose not to load the UI.
This will use the current open file’s layout.
But if you have your own preferred layout saved, you can add this to any file you want and then switch to that workspace really easily.
I’m trying to find out if we have a video on how to do this…..(asking some peeps because we have 40 bazillion videos)
