I solved this by:
1. Linkinng in the rig_ui_panels script
2. changing one of my windows into the Text Editor
3. Once in there, load up the rig_ui_panels script that you just linked in (click the notepad icon to the left of the NEW button)
4. Once the script loads, click Run Script.
After that, a new MISC tab appears on the left hand panel, there you’ll find all the controls you’re missing and some more.
