Hi Rafael – We have a course that covers simple stylized skin texturing but not one that covers realistic skin texturing. I did cover this years ago for CGCookie but it was my first course and not very good. You can watch it for free on YouTube and might pick up some tips from that [out-dated] technique.
I hope to cover realistic skin texturing again in the future.
